Barbell Squat is otherwise called squat and it is an important workout for body building and the most common muscle worked by this is the quadriceps.  Hamstring, lower back and calves are also worked.

you can use this exercise technique for Barbell squat this may help you ,here are the steps
Bend knee forward while allowing hips to bend back behind, keep back straight and knees pointed same direction as feet.
move or fall downward until thighs are just past parallel to floor. Extend knees and hips until legs are straight. Repeat the process again
