It is very common for the body builders to consume protein powder to improve their muscles.  This is normally consumed immediately after bouts of exercises and workouts in the morning.

There are lots of protein rich diets, many options u can choose both for vegetarians as well as for non vegetarians
for vegetarians protein rich foods can be-
cheese, whole milk, soybean,sandwich, pulses ,cabbage etc.....
for non vegetarians protein rich food can be -
fish, chicken, boiled egg etc......
