Thank you for taking the time to read these rules.

Please no pornography anywhere, no off topic spamming, and no overly abusive users.  No banners in your signatures and no more than 4 links (and 4 lines total) in your signature.  Liinks to other bodybuilding sites or forums in your signature is allowed.


You can start a thread with a link to your site or some other site in the first post(or other posts) in a thread AS LONG as the link is relevant to the folder AND has some discussion purposes.  Please don't abuse this, I'm being generous with that rule, but if you become a spammer I will ban you.

I will try to allow as much freedom as possible so please don't abuse it.  I don't want to be a babysitter.    I'm going to keep the forum as fun as possible, so just enjoy yourselves.
