By doing regular aerobic exercises your cardiovascular and respiratory systems will improve and you will increase the size and the strength of your heart too.

And what else?
Aerobic is good for more reasons. First of all, aerobic exercises are used in diets. By doing aerobics in the morning, or in the evening, the body will burn fat, as long as it is supplied with with enough quantity of protein.
Second, it may improve performance even for the strength athletes, as it will develop the fiber resistance.
